Libera!!

The boys are finally here in Singapore!!
Their albums have helped through the time, getting over his absence. I couldn't listen to the radio whenever I drive, every song reminds of him. Reminding me of the time I sang to him on the phone. Radio, then was replaced by the angelic voices from Libera.
Braving a front everyday, but the moment I was alone in car, tears rolled down my cheeks.
The voices of the angels have given me the much needed strength and comfort to move on. Thank you.

Beautiful evening

On my way to the bus stop, I noticed the sky was beautiful. So I paused and took some pictures. When did I last stop and look at the sky?

I noticed too 2 eagles circling the sky, doing their beautiful wind dance :)

Where is my earphone?

Left for office this morning and realised I have forgotten to bring my earphone :( oh no :(
Well it is not the end of the world but just that wee bit of discomfort that I couldn't listen to my favourite radio station on the bus.
Oh well I guess I will have to find other form of entertainment on the bus lol

Horror night

I brought Bumiao and QiangQiang to my mom's place like the many times I did but last night something happened when we were almost home. As I was opening the door to my flat, both of them jump out of the bags and ran away!! Bumiao ran all the way to the end of the corridor and jump into the my neighbour's flat!!! I felt so bad that we had startled the 3 ladies in the house but I am relieved that Bumiao is back in my arms :)

Luckily, QiangQiang ran back into my flat himself when I ran to retrieve Bumiao.

It has been a while since I last remembered my dream so very vividly and it seemed so recently!! I have the same short hair but in very smart police special force uniform and I was super fit!!! We were in the middle of handling a case, how awesome!!!!!

My teochew ..... Sigh

Haven't spoken in teochew for a long while, I am really suck at it!!! Just visited Granny. This is the first time she saw me with my short hair :) I get super tongue tight when I spoke to her in teochew and realized I forgotten the language!!!! Ah!!!!!!

Enter the Dragon .... with lotsa water

For the past years, Chinese New Year has been the mark where the wet season is over and the start of the HOT days ahead.  Well, that does not happen this year.  We have had the wettest December yet last year, and yes windy too :) 

Although it was not raining non-stop, the downpours has been brief BUT very heavy, and for the first time since I remember, we received Chinese New Year with rain. It is indeed the water dragon, no doubt about it.  Well, water is 财 :)

Back to Times

After 9 years, stepping back into this place, felt a mixture of familiarity and unfamiliarity.  So much has changed. The building wears a different coat of paint as before.  The internal so different than before.  The warehouse on level 1 is no longer there.  Yet there are little corners here and there and you know it was there before.  Hopefully coming back here is a wise decision.
